FABRICS - mecca for moderns

in honour of the quilt fair that took place last weekend today's posts all focus on fabrics. if you want to follow all the news from quilt fairs past and present the best place to go is the brilliant blog 'true up'. i'll look forward to seeing their reports on this autumn's show very soon. in the meantime this new collection called 'mecca for moderns' caught my eye. created in-house at alexander henry this fabulous mid century inspired collection features atomic style flowers, lollipop trees, skyscrapers, and sophisticated colour palettes. the collection will be available in november 2012 and can be viewed online here.
