i recently came across the fantastic work of heather flynn through art house licensing where she is currently their featured designer. heather's work covers a huge diversity a styles and subjects from cute kids cards, contemporary christmas designs through to sophisticated mid-century modern inspired designs and illustrations. orignally from scotland heather graduated in textile design and went on to work for for hallmark cards. now based in london she works as a freelance designer. take a look here to see lots more of heather's fabulous designs.

designer sam osborne describes herself as " a self confessed brightly-coloured designer nerd with a love of type, colour and bold pattern". sam worked a a graphic designer for nine years and in early 2011 set up her own company doing design and surface pattern work. besides her website and blog sam also runs an online shop selling prints, cards and gifts featuring her own label designs and also takes on surface pattern commissions and licensing.
daniela marquez is a designer from chile who says she has a special passion for designing for children. daniela sent through some of her recent projects for children's bedding. i love the fresh spring pastels of the birds and squirrels above.
