SURTEX 2014 - flyers part one

Here is a round-up of Surtex flyers starting with these subtle woodland themed prints from Laura Wooten. Laura is newly represented by London Portfolio and will be exhibiting for the first time this year in booths 1001-1003. Laura is inspired by gardens, landscapes, and the simple beauty of the natural world. Her background in painting and collage brings a lively hand-drawn style to her surface designs. She loves combining the textures and mark-making of traditional media with digital tools. Laura's online portfolio can be viewed here.

Below : Dinara Mirtalipova aka Mirdinara will be represented by Magnet Reps in booths 307-309. Dinara is based in Ohio but grew up in Tashkent, Uzbekistan is inspired by her native folklore.

Below : Tracy Mattocks worked as a full-time in house designer for close to 20 years and taking on illustration projects on the side, but in January 2014 she made the leap to freelancing with a goal to license her art and to find an agent. She will be making her Surtex debut this May and says she is ecstatic about the possibilities that await! Tracy is also a graduate of Lilla Rogers Make Art that sells course and is featured in the current issue of UPPERCASE magazine. You can see more of Tracy's work or book a Surtex appointment online here.
