a pencil case seen in kinokuniya san francisco led me to research japanese brand midori. but with few products pictured on their website i landed here at paper creation where i found all these lovely designs and most midori products listed.
The Midori site used to be a bit easier to get around, but it looks like they've redesigned the whole thing.
There's still a catalog page though, where you can find a good number of items listed, including photos. The photo pop-ups seem to work in Internet Explorer only, however.
