BOOK - how to enter the world of textiles: for the quilting industry

great news for those of us interested in designing fabrics. designer lizzy house has put together a book based on the things she has learnt from her own experiences of breaking into the business. for lizzywriting the book it started as an inspirational pamphlet, and turned into a full size book. entitled "how to enter the world of textiles: for the quilting industry". it will be available as an e-book on 1st feb and hard copies should be available to order later. lizzy says of her book "it does not teach you how to design fabric, but rather tells you what to design and present to a manufacturer." there is also a fabulously designed cover and a forward by another well known fabric designer amy schimler. more info can be found here.
