in new york last month i made a visit to anthropologie - which still seemed exciting even though we now have branches inlondon. i went to my fave branch in the rockefeller centre on west 50th street. its a lovely spacious branch with loads to see. anthropologie's homeware designs are bohemian, feminine and sometimes even frilly, plus they are never afraid to put pattern on top of more pattern. the results are unusual and give the store a unique feel. here are my snapshots where some of my fave items included xenia taler frames (above & below), henry road stationery from galison, and angela adams tea towels.
Oh how I LOVE this store! The tea towels are amazing and if I ever own one (life dream) I would NEVER use it to dry my pots!
ReplyDeletesuch gorgeous things! thanks Bowie!
