earlier this week the formex exhibiton took place in stockholm bringing together the best of scandinavian design. one of the shows features is the formidable competition where judges choose their very favourite products in the show and put them to the public vote. one of the entires was this fabric (above & below) called ponderosa from spira designed by linda sjunnesson. i wanted to see more of linda's work and found a few more pics on google posted below.
denmark's ferm living also attended formex and have new designs out now, such as the village wallpaper below. having just been a few days since the show its a little bit early for many exhibitors to post pics online but just for an example here is how the lovely ferm living stand looked at the spring formex show back in january 2011, as seen on the ferm blog.below : finally i loved the graphics from the 2010 formex show, and geometric furniture on display in stockholm.

ReplyDeleteI was there and there were some amazing new brands that I found especially exciting. Unfortunately Ferm looked like they hadn't put as much effort in this time. But I still love their products :)
ReplyDeleteThe spira design is gorgeous... how I'd love to attend this show... one day!!
