SURTEX 2016 - andie hanna
Andie Hanna will be exhibiting for the second time at Surtex this year. She will also be speaking at one of the many great Surtex Conferences this year. Andie will be part of a panel of artists speaking in a conference titled "The Artist 'Life Cycle': From New Business to Established Operation on Tuesday, May 17, 11:00am - 12:30pm. It's a great opportunity for young or new artists to learn about the process of building your business in surface design and to hear from artists at various stages in their careers. Andie creates whimsical novelty prints but has focused a bit more on her botanical and floral collections this year. Andie will continue to license her artwork, most of which has created in collections, but will also be selling some artwork outright. She is available for custom work not only in surface design but also in fashion and product design. Andie's new coloring book, "Blooms, Birds and Butterflies" with Peter Pauper Press was a great outcome from her first Surtex last year and is now available in stores and online.
