today is the last day of my valentines day design round-up. first up its a selection from london department store selfridges. they have a huge selection of cards and gifts and stock great designers such as petra boase (whose work starts this post). if you're in london at any time of the year dont miss the card, stationery, and home depts of this brilliant store.
just along oxford street from selfridges is john lewis who had gone for a queen of hearts theme for their ranges. my faves of course were the caroline gardner designs.
the valentines design over at ecojot are bright, fun and colourful with a bird theme that will easily run into easter. they are in SOME barnes and noble stores and indigo stores in canada.
these have to be the cutest valentines i have ever seen! not only are made of a furry texture, but they come complete with a stand, and the little heart they are holding is also a mini card that can be opened and written in. so sweet, and available online now from gingko papers.
more love, and more valentines day designs : above gorgeous typography from laura georgeat dawanda. below cats and knitting make a great combo from gemma correll.
above 'lab partners' card from cutiepie company, and below theres a 'love delivery' from lertsis both on dawanda.
heres another cute valentines, and not so much a card - more of a diorama, above. it was at urban outfitters but i guess it must have sold out as it was there one day and gone the next. below, jammie dodger valentine from asking for trouble. below, bird card from the art file.below, heart card bysoul.
