really gorgeous collections as spotted in laura ashley last week. especially the embroidered tea cups cushion above. theres a folksy homespun feel to their summer ranges, and lots of fresh greens and blues and luckily some of the items are already in the sale to make way for autumn designs.

designer paula prass has just released her second collection for micheal miller fabrics after the huge sucess of her first 'flights of fancy'. the new collection is called summer which is just hitting stores. its a mixture of bright blooms and modern geometrics in three colour groups making it a really versatile collection. you can find it on etsy, at the fat quarter shop, and in fabric stores now.

designer vicky footman graduated from leeds college of art and design with a degree in printed textiles and surface pattern design. based in north yorkshire vicky is now available for freelance projects and has created her own website here.
