liz king is a designer and illustrator working in lewisham, london. liz has recently started a blog and opened an etsy shop where i just had to feature this original union jack design. its so wonderfully detailed that i cut in half so we could see it closer.

lots of things have been happening for designer louise owens since i featured her work last year on p+p. she was commissioned by graham and brown to create four bespoke pieces of wall art, which louise found an incredible opportunity to develop her style further. she has also been designing for tigerprint and is licensing her artwork in the US through the studio pink light. louise however always welcome any new clients, commissions and freelance work. check out some of her latest portfolio work here. under the studio name lovelittle louise also has an etsy shop here.

two shopping opportunities for those in the UK who like to buy something a bit different from various crafters and illustrators. rummage is a jumble sale that gives illustrators a chance to clear out the clutter of their homes and studios and sell it alongside their work. if you are in the norfolk area cherry cherry is a brand new shop opened by kate seaward of i like pens to sell the work of lots of designers and makers.
superb online store illustrated living have just taken delivery of these new scandinavian designs by sagaform. this retro summery design is available on a traditional swedish jar and a shaped platter. available online from illustrated living.
as soon as i saw the fresh herring & fennel design (officially called SOS) i wanted to know more about its designers pia o bjorklund and magnus forthmeiier who work together under the name bjork-forth. i discovered they have designed several ranges for sagaform, including this one 'season'. 
and they also have their own label called rotor where they have created lots of products including these modern graphic tea towel designs.
lauren willhite and her husband matt are squid graphic located in portland, oregon. together they work on brand designs, logos and web design. but they also have a neat line in patterns too. both sophisticated and cute examples can be found in their online folio here.
