CARDS - lagom spring 2021

I'm looking at the wonderful Lagom Designs again today and their Spring 2021 greetings cards launch which is their biggest ever with 300 new designs. This lovely graphic collection of thirteen cards I'm posting today is by Dutch designer Ilse Weisfelt. It's fun and quirky featuring a colourful parrot, a cool ice cream , and a tattooed koala among other delights.

I love to look and see the portfolios of the designers featured in the new releases from Lagom Design. So following my last post here are a selection of works by Ilse Weisfelt. Ilse lives in Rotterdam and works as a freelance illustrator. Her past projects include designing toys for Petit Monkey and illustrations for The Daily Telegraph.

DESIGNER - natasha rowarth

Natasha Rowarth is a Freelance Surface Pattern Designer based in Glossop, Uk working under the studio label Pink Pea. Natasha has worked in the design industry for over ten years designing patterns for a variety of surfaces and retailers. Her patterns and illustrations often gather inspiration from her time spent at her allotment and her passion for living a life filled with colour and cheerful illustrations. Natasha uses AVA software to create seamless repeat designs that are layered ready for production. She has a website which features an online portfolio with designs that are available for licensing or purchase, but is also open to commissions and collaborations.

SPOTTED - sugarhill brighton

I loved this new floral print from Sugarhill Brighton. Called 'Painted Floral' it is part of their Spring 2021 collection and currently features on a top, skirt and two styles of dress. I love the colour palette and the motifs that clearly show the mark making of the human hand. As spotted online at Sugarhill.
