illustrator john coulter has recently be inspired to turn his hand to pattern design, and by the looks of it has done a terrific job. john also keeps a blog, where he has just posted some new card designs, and a flickr site where you see some examples from his portfolio.

Ohh, love these! The flower one reminds me of my childhood doctor's office waiting room. He was a good doctor, so this is a fond memory. I love how they're retro but have really nice, updated color schemes.
Those christmas ornaments are so beautiful!
