After a long hiatus Illustrator, Author and Designer Jill McDonald has updated her Etsy shop in time for the Christmas season. Over the past few years Jill has been busy writing and illustration an early learning board book series called Hello, World! and there are quite a few fun titles to explore. For her Etsy shop Jill focused on many of her favourite themes. There’s personalized art, motivational art, and art with a touch of education. All in her signature cheerful style.

2025 CALENDARS - dropshadowed

Dropshadowed have produced a 2025 calendar featuring illustrated birds mashed together  with repeat patterns. Comprising of twelve British birds mentioned in folklore they have all been locally printed and cost £10. Art prints and greetings cards and Robin Christmas cards are also available.

Talking of calendars The Printed Peanut have released their annual design. A limited edition run, each calendar contains 12 bright and beautiful frameable prints with colours that really zing. They are all made by hand in Salford, UK using Risograph printing.

BOOKS - national gallery shop

I just had one more post to share from my visit to The National Gallery for the Van Gogh exhibition last week. These are a selection of books spotted in the gallery shop, and the shop next door at The National Portrait Gallery. I know we all like a good cover design on P&P so hopefully something here will appeal or inspire.
