SURTEX NY 2010 - lilla rogers

im back from new york and my visit to surtex and the national stationery show. i managed to take 1400 design snaps so over the next couple of weeks i will be editing them and uploading them here to print & pattern. most of my shots were taken in the stores of manhattan but a few people at the show also invited me to photograph their stands. the main one being lilla rogers who represents a wonderful selection of designers. her stand was packed with visitors, designers, clients and looked so vibrant with portfolio books and existing products. artists work included allison cole, jilly phillips, helen dardik, carolyn gavin, jenn ski, suzy ultman, xenia taler, silvia dekker and amy blay.

It was so good (and surreal) to meet you (even though it was such a short meeting... I blinked and you were gone...)
Like Jill, I'm still recovering from information and inspiration overload:)

Thank you for posting these! I made it to the stationary show, but wasn't able to get to Surtex. As an illustration student at MCAD (greatly interested in product and surface design) these images are all of inspiration to me. Thank you for an amazing blog and for these photos!
