MUGS - mmmg

It was through researching Tyra von Zweigbergk that I found out Korean company MMMG (millimeter milligram) had introduced the fifth version of their glass cups back in summer 2014. Tyra was one of the collaborators, with two designs (above and below) called 'Park' and 'Ghost'. There are fourteen cups in the new range with various designers creating two each. If you have been with P&P for many years you will know at one time I could not see enough vintage Fire King designs and these new mugs from MMMG follow in that milk glass tradition.

Below - MMMG may be on version 5 of their mug designs but perhaps like me you did not see the earlier collections so I had a little dig around to find some of their previous mug designs....

ROUND - UP

im off on holiday next week so monday will be my last day of posting before i head off. so today i thought i do a kind of round up of of all sorts of things ive been meaning to post lately. starting with this cute tree motif from scrapbook company pink paislee.

i love the colour palette on this wonderful illustration from fun cup cake.

i think these tea towels and placemats from ferm living may have been well blogged elsewhere but i wanted to showcase these terrific stylised designs.

the fabulous bedlinen from fred the dog went down a treat recently when it was featured here on print & pattern. the good news is that the french company now ship overseas.

ICONIC - badges

today we move from japan and pop over to korea to look at the work of a design outfit over there called 'iconic'. i have found korean graphics to be incredibly inspirational, remember qmon, or millimeter milligram ?. i love these badges , and in the next post the kitchen wall decals are fantastic.
