XMAS DESIGN - sainsbury's fun/novelty

ive been doing the rounds of high street stores and supermarkets checking out everyone's christmas designs. today its the turn of sainsbury's who always have a large range of cards and wrap. they seem to have used the same designers as last year as you'll notice here. there seem to be two themes in most stores fun/novelty or smart/sophisticated. this fun range includes decorative type, cute characters and brightly coloured trees.

the sainsbury's range of christmas cards also offer more sophisticated designs for those who prefer not to send fun designs. in the shops this year nothing seems to imply luxury cards more than metallics. the sainsbury's collections have one blue and silver themed range and another in aubergine and gold.
