more lovely pics of the fab marks & spencer easter packaging. great colours, great motifs, textures, just an all round brilliant collection. in my research i have felt some stores have scaled back their easter designs, but not m&s, who have excelled themselves this year.
still in marks & spencer, these are in a different style to the packaging and p.o.s graphics. this collection is aimed at young children and is featured on a collection of easter activities and table decorations.
finally from marks & spencer a selection of easter greetings cards. if it were me i would've used soem of the packaging and display graphics and translated them onto cards. but it could be m&s know their easter card customer and they prefer something more trad.
im back from my week away, where i was working on the print & pattern book project. as it will be good friday this week and the start of the easter holiday we need to pack in a lot of easter designs. starting this morning with a look around sainsbury's who have put a lot of effort into their seasonal collection. to begin with im posting from the various point of sale designs that appear on display stands, in windows, on shelf edging, posters, etc. the theme is cute characters and eggs stitched from felt and gingham. maybe they were inspired by the handmade and etsy scene ?
sainsbury's have also created a collection of easter products such as plates, beakers, napkins, and crackers. the same colours and illustrations also follow through packaging for seasonal sweets and biscuits.
finally from sainsbury's a selection of cards. featuring some very cute bunnies and chicks, with many of them being for charities.
