uk company 'new house textiles' have now taken stock of some fabulous new scandinavian home textiles and kitchen accessories. the re-issued vintage designs are from designers such as marian westman, astrid sampe, and sara berner. prices are from £3.50 for napkins up to £45.00 for a tablecloth. my personal favourite is the apple harvest tea towel £8.50. as seen online here. 
designer ian dutton has been very busy in recent years creating card designs and more for tigerprint/marks & spencer. ian has now decided to pursue a career as a freelance designer to give him the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects with varying clients. you can get in touch with ian or view his online portfolio here.
edinburgh based freelance artist magda boreysza decorates vintage tea cups and plates with her animal and bird designs.
i've always thought of ryman's the stationer as a shop to buy useful but dull stationery until this week when i spotted the new 'letters' range which has just arrived in stores. featuring a rainbow of coloured fonts its has been cleverley used on files, folders, notebooks and albums. i could'nt yet see it on the ryman website but they are in the shops now.
also spotted in ryman's was this cute bird design from tyrell katz on stationery and storage.
i also didnt realise you could get great british brands like caroline gardner and emma bridgewater in ryman.
