DESIGNER - emily ann studio

emily ann studio is the work of seattle based designer emily truong. emily was one of the scholarship winners of the art and business of pattern design class back in april 2012. she recently completed all three courses and has been busy putting all of the information to use - adding new designs in her etsy shop and working on getting her design portfolio online. available for freelance commissions emily would love to design patterns for fabric, stationery, housewares, and wall art.










FABRICS - leigh hannan

freelance designer leigh hannan has created three new fabric collections entitled pod, taffeta and plume, a selection of which can be seen below. leigh has lots of interesting collections in her portfolio including the design above from her 'clementine' range.

there is always lots of bright and funky vintage to be seen at pomme de jour in either the main webshop or on etsy. here are a few pieces that caught my eye recently but if you need a blast from the past its a great place to browse or buy.

TEXTILES - imogen heath

todays posts have a bit of a blue theme. with lots of blue design now back style i couldnt be happier to see it making such a strong comeback in interior design. these gorgeous blue prints are from designer imogen heath who recently opened her first online shop. imogen's products have been stocked in both heals and liberty and but can now also be seen at her own webshop here.






WALLPAPER - mini moderns/southbank

british design brand mini moderns has created a new collection for the southbank centre in london called "the concert" featuring line drawings of musical instruments, the design was conceived to represent the immense variety of musical performance that is staged at southbank centre. the collection of wallpaper, mugs, bags, and cushions is exclusive to the southbank shop.
