Swedish label Majvillan released their first wallpaper collection in Autumn 2013 and now sell a range of wallpaper, textiles, and wall art. The patterns are created by designer and the company's founder Charlotta Sandberg and are largely inspired by her childhood giving them a lovely 1970's feel. Their children's wallpapers and art prints feature bright colours and motifs inspired by fantasy stories with woodland creatures and unicorns. Talking of wallpaper I recently had a look a sample book for Cole & Son's Geometric II and decided to take a few snapshots to share. Geometric II finds its inspiration in Art Deco architecture and styling from across the Globe. From the dazzling mosaic tiles found in many a Deco interior, to the lush tropical foliage and ice cream colours found on Miami Beach. You can see all Cole and Son wallpapers online here.

They’re all FSC certified and are designed and made in the UK. The range includes Animal Friends, beautiful Scandinavian style graphic florals, and on trend cacti and flamingos.
The Humble Cut home collection includes trays, placemats and coasters, tea towels and aprons, featuring artwork motifs that are entirely potato printed and then worked into fresh, sophisticated repeats for application on product. The designer behind the label is Harriet Plumb who has a background as a Retail Buyer and then an Interior Designer. The Humble Cut range is available to buy online and Harriet also welcomes licensing and commissions for her unique potato prints.
