DESIGNER - caroline tucker

caroline tucker is a designer from dorchester in dorset. she has designed for clients such as monsoon, new look, and marks & spencer. caroline has also created her own original line of products such as cushions, lampshades, cards, and wrap which she'll be showcasing at "pulse" in london's earls court from june 5th. you can also see plenty more from caroline at her website online here.

as im off to italy on friday i wanted to round-up all kinds of things i've been wanting to post before i go away. so here is a selection of prints & patterns that have caught my eye recently. starting with the geometric patterns lorena o'neal. lorena uses her patterns on fabrics to make up her own bags and plushies.below : just a couple of new scrapbook papers that i liked the look of by cosmic cricket. they're from a delightful new vintage series called 'odds & ends'.below : french designer maevi colomina has been busy creating a new design for licensing based on a series of crazy teapots, as well as this stylish floral below for nine west.

below : laura redford is a a recent masters textile design student based in falmouth, cornwall. below are two pillows produced at envelop featuring laura's hand drawn watercolours which she reworks in photoshop. below : james brown (aka general pattern) has just had a new childrens book published by walker called 'peep through shapes'.
