sanna pelliccioni is the designer behind the finnish company bombo. named after the italian word for 'bumble bee' bombo produce kitchen accessories and paper goods. shown here are a series of designs based around the concept of family. you can see more from bombo online here.

i enjoyed having a good look around the joules website recently -so many lovely dresses. joules is a british brand with a country style heritage and shops all across the country. i was there however to look at children's designs and here are some cute patterns, placement prints, and nusery decor that caught my eye.









museums and galleries have recently launched a new co-ordinated stationery range, using a selection of patterns from the archives of the victoria and albert museum, as part of a celebration of mid 20th century british textile design.

lesley barnes has created these two fabulous lion illustrations for a card featuring 'happy' on the front and 'sad' on the back. i loved the use of brightly coloured pattern infill and mid century flavour. as spotted on etsy here.
