i fell head over heels for robert reader's cards when i first saw them back in july. my love for them had resulted in my sneaking around a store trying to get a snapshot, but now ive aquired some images from the designer himself. and they are even more brilliant !. produced for the art file; rob has teamed up with textile designer ally gore (he illustrates and she hand paints). and as if more proof were needed that these designs are fantastic the whole 'sculpture' range has been shortlisted for the henries (the award for card designers !).

lots of images and patterns to come tommorow from the focus exhibition - they will take a while to sort out hence the slight delay.

i recently recieved an email from lia hood telling me about these fabulous bags she makes using vintage fabrics. and here at P+P i never turn down the chance to look at vintage prints, especially when they are as bright and colourful as this. click to see lia's work on her good morning, morning website.

i just wanted to give a run down of some of the people who were at the 100% design show last friday. starting off with jocelyn warner who launched her new kaleido range of wallpaper. this contemporary design also must have scored a hit with 'living etc' who used it to paper their stand.

one of jocelyn's previous designs..
