A few more Christmas designs now with a selection of inspired designs from The Dot Com Gift Shop. They have gone for old school illustrations with a mid century feel on cards, wrap, bags, cake tins, napkins and more....
And whilst on the subject of The Dot Com Gift Shop a few other new arrivals caught my eye including Scandinavian style birds, retro kids cards and wrap, and animal games with bright illustrations.

Dariela and Dariana Cruz are sisters and co-founders of the Dari Design Studio. They are passionate about all things pattern related. 2015 has been a good year for the studio receiving interest from companies such as Robert Kaufman and Gango. In pursuing their dreams Dariela and Dariana also hope to inspire others to pursue theirs. The sisters work together virtually with one based in Losa Angeles and the other in San Diego. They design patterns for bedding, luggage, stationery, gift wrap and lots more. The Dari Design Studio website has just been redesigned and is looking lovely online here at Art Licensing Design.
Sarah Jane Langlois is a freelance illustrator/designer and one of the latest artists to join the Designers Directory on P&P. Sarah Jane works from a little studio by the sea in Guernsey and this beautiful island location provides much of her inspiration. She has recently moved more into surface design and hoping to license some of her work for greetings cards, stationery, prints for children and fabric designs.You can find out more from Sarah Jane online here.
We start the new week with some Christmas decorations to admire from The Land of Nod. As you would expect they are not your everyday traditional decorations but instead Land of Nod have worked with some of our favourite contemporary designers such as Sarah Walsh, Amy Blay, Elizabeth Olwen and Suzy Ultman to create something more unique.
