DESIGNER - natalie briscoe

Natalie Briscoe is a freelance illustrator and designer based in Nashville Tennessee who creates nature inspired designs. She loves to produce artwork for children with cute and whimsical animals and is proudly represented by Advocate Art. Her previous clients have included American Greetings and Modsprout. LATEST WORK - tiffany wong

Designer Tiffany Wong wanted to share some of her latest designs with P&P. She has created two new print collections :  'Aloha' inspired by Hawaii with a vintage feel and 'Pretty Paisley', a modern take on the traditional paisley pattern. Both collections are available for licensing and Tiffany has produced mock ups showing the prints on a baby blanket, onesie and bag to give an idea for their use. Website / Instagram.












DESIGNER - jacqueline taylor

Jacqueline Taylor recently completed an online course with the team at 'Make it in design - Module 1' . She says the course has helped develop her style she is now working towards licensing patterns. Jacqueline's work is largely inspired by her mood, energetic colours, nature & landscapes. It often develops into "free-spirited, eccentric colour patterns which proudly dance to their own rhythm". She has begun establishing a 'Private Portfolio' for licensing and will send a PDF newsletter to nay potential clients. Jacqueline will also be expanding her wings into print on demand online shops with designs from her public portfolio. We have a few samples of her work here today. Instagram

DESIGNER FOR HIRE - liz halpern

We have a new Designer for Hire today. Joining the Print & Pattern Directory is Liz Halpern a textile and surface pattern designer based in New York. Under the studio name Modern Print Craft Liz loves to create designs for textiles, wallcoverings, home-wares, fashion, stationery and accessories. She had originally graduated with a degree in Architecture, but after a change of heart Liz landed a job as a design assistant at J.Crew in NYC. Her design style shows a love of nature with prints featuring organic forms of flora and fauna. She is particularly interested in their textural variation and rythmic movement. Liz creates her designs with pencil ink, gouache and watercolour before finalising for production digitally. In addition to selling and licensing original designs, Liz also enjoys collaborating with other designers and manufacturers, creating custom, 'brand-right' designs. She has created successful print, woven and knit designs for most apparel categories as well as bedding, home decor and accessories. Website / Instagram
