This week on Print & Pattern I'll be taking you on a trip to Ikea. I've just visited a branch of the Swedish superstore and will be bringing you snapshots of anything that featured some kind of pattern or print. I'll be looking at textiles, artwork, tableware, etc, but today I start with a book, published by Ikea and spotted in store. Called "Patterns & People" it features the work of 10-Gruppen a collective of ten Swedish designers who formed a studio in 1970. IKEA TRIP - cushions

I'm walking around Ikea, snapping anything that catches my eye. Here we see a variety of cushions, including modernist art, geometrics, and Scandi folk florals.
