it all started with the habitat garland light (above) back in 2002, when tord boontje became the talk of the town. now several years on the dutch born, london based designer has influenced a trend for shadow print leaves & flowers, and silhouettes of birds & deer. whilst atelier lzc have shaped the colours and flowers people are using tord has created a whimsical style - think magical forests and darker colours.

I absolutely love his designs, they are so romantic. I love the fantasy world he creates.
