LABELS - sukie

this week i'll be posting up some recent purchases, the first one being this box set of sukie labels made by chronicle books and sold by amazon. i had only seen these lables online and never in the flesh but i fancied them anyway. and wow, was i ever impressed. there are so many labels included all in different sizes and designs (about a 100). they can be used on correspondence or to organise storage, and come in a lovely decorated box with a hard plastic lid. brilliant value for money at around $11 or £7, you can get yours here at amazon usa or amazon uk.

you know the lotta jansdotter and angela adams boxed labels are sold exactly the same way, with as much variety and delightfulness!

I think I can say, without fear of exaggeration, that I have always liked absolutely everything I've ever seen by Sukie! The fox is my favourite sticker.

gooooorgeous! It's the texture that really gets me though. Not too clean - a more handmadey feel. :)

These are so cute - as are the others in this series from Chronicle, but I would like to offer a caveat. They are printed on a nice, thick stock, for which the adhesive is not nearly strong enough. The result is that they easily peel off of things and for mailing purposes especially, I find I have to add my own adhesive to the back which is too bad. Still great stuff!

Hi there,

I just found your blog it was a great read, i think those labels look really good! I actually get all my picture labels printed by a british labels company as prices are so cheap and saves me all the messing around.
