i recently found a petra boase mug that i hadnt seen before online. petra is one of my favourite designers and this flower design is just fantastic.

totally unrelated to the topic, but have you ever heard of a chain called Daiso? it's a japanese store that sells homewares and gifts and other things at low, low prices. usually items in the united states's stores are $1.50. if i ever get the chance, maybe i can sneak in and take some photos of some cute items (they have lots of cute notebooks, face cloths, gift bags, etc). or i'll just have to take photos of the items i end up buying.

just thought i'd share a terrific store with great prints and patterns. not so much kawaii type cute, but definitely japanese/asian cute can be found there. at low low prices! the quality isn't superb, but it's not bad compared to other dollar stores. much better.
Petra Boase is so original and fantastic - and her work reflects what a truly nice person she is. What a great designer. Her stand at Pulse was fantastic - i'm glad I got the chance to get to see her new collections.
