PARIS TRIP 08 - galleries lafayette
these snaps were all taken in 'galleries lafayette maison' five floors of homeware & gifts . the store is on the boulevard haussman and is also right opposite 'printemps' making it an ideal one stop location. its style is modern, light, and contemporary, kind of like selfrigdes in london, and its in a completely seperate building from the rest of galleries lafayette. there was a great gift dept where like all the stylish stores in paris they stocked mini labo. there were also a lot of eiffel tower goods but these werent your usual souvenirs they were pretty stylish. other highlights included a whole department of wall stickers and really great bedlinen (loved the silhouette packaging). i also thought the lampshades (above and below) were really fresh and original.

I would crazy in this store--I always loved galleries lafayette and want those Kenzo sheets and all those dishes! So fun, thanks for posting all these great photos!
