after my enforced absence its great to be back posting again, and i have a backlog of pictures i want to share with you that i've snapped around london. starting with john lewis - a fantastic department store for homewares, decor, and greetings. first up im in the kitchen department where they have a great selection of exclusive designs on mugs - my fave was the natural tree design (above).
they also stock cute designs from repeat repeat..
plus designs from fi howard and orla kiely.
above classic british design from above : emma bridgewater, and below : portmeirion. this design called 'flower power' is a colour variation of portmeirion's crazy daisy which is exclusive at john lewis.

Those tin containers featuring tea cups and muffins are gorgeous.
these snaps were taken in a basement so there was no natural light - but in reality the colours on those cake tins were really beautiful.
Omg where do these tins come from? I couldn't find them on the site!
they were spotted in john lewis at the oxford street store - down in the kitchen basement area.
Thank you, I checked out their site - I happen to be living far away from London - and couldn't find them so I thought u might know what company produced those gorgeous ones :)

im so sorry but i dont know the company - i have a feeling they may be john lewis exclusives. next time i am in there i will have look and see if there is a label.
