surface and textile designer donna gorman has worked for both crate & barrel and marimekko, where she was vice president of licensing and design until 1992. being at the top donna found she was no longer designing anything, just directing designers and managing people. so donna started her own design firm and retained marimekko as a client. you can see donna's fresh, painterly, and colourful portfolio online here.
