there were lots of lovely cards on display at top drawer, but there amongst the most beautiful were those by lucky bird who specialise in the use of hot foil.

These are so beautiful, I have the Kim Jenkins blue tit print and its even more lovely in the flesh!
There's just something about working on coloured paper that just appeals - I also like the indentations from the prints!
I love these! How cute, especially those butterflies.
I was at Top Drawer too and thought there was some amazing design work around - I loved the new orange and plum fox print lampshade from Lush Designs and I liked what Helen Minns was doing with her hare prints etc. I also really liked the red foil hand drawn pattern prints at Gilliankyle.com - they were my favourite. I have pre-ordered the print & pattern book - looking forward to it!
