designer ellie hyde has just graduated from leeds college of art in printed textiles and surface pattern. ellie's work for her final project is called "fun at the fair" and was inspired by vintage fairground art. ellie took the patterns and beautiful carvings that cover carousels and put her own mark on them with her unique naive drawing style that appeals to adults and children alike. she begins all projects with drawing which is a key part of her work and loves collecting and using all the bits and pieces collected as inspiration. find ellie online here.
