ROMAN HOLIDAY....

im back from my italian trip - but unfortunately it was a total disaster - and i have no print & pattern pictures to post from italy. our airport transfer minibus from naples to rome was struck by a lorry in a multiple collision on the motorway and i spent one day of the holiday in an italian hospital and another in rome's airport trying to get home. i felt very lucky to be alive and was just glad to get home to england suffering from bad whiplash, bruising, glass wounds, etc. obviously being off work poorly i now have a massive backlog of emails to go through as well as design work piling up so i hope you wont mind if i ease back into work slowly : )

thank you everyone for your kind messages. i do feel very lucky to have come off so lightly in what was a nasty accident. when i googled the incident it seems as if there are many many serious and fatal accidents on this A1 motorway - italian driving is very scary !

i am much better this week than last so just hope to put it all behind me now.
