A quick question in regards to taking photos in shops. How is it best to go about doing it? I know for a fact many don't allow taking photos of their products, but if I mention putting them on my blog will they be ok with it?
At the moment I've been working on a blog about pattern and surfaces that I see anywhere, and in some cases things I see in clothes shops I really want to photograph.
Also those shoe drawings on Paperchase products remind me of a large piece on an artist who drew a large collection of shoes for something or other, the style seems similar but in the newspaper (the Metro I think) it was more loose and sketchy I think.
