chloe owens is a textile designer and illustrator, who is inspired by pattern and colour, especially from the 1960s. using fabric as her 'paints' and stitch as her 'pencil', chloe creates colourful pieces of art, toys, cushions and other crafts. after designing the cover of stylist magazine for an article on turning your hobby into a business chloe was approached by cico books to do a craft book full of her designs called "all sewn up" which will be out in february 2012 and is available to pre-order on amazon now.
