i asked anthology about a deadline and here is what they said...
"we do have an urgent need for one collection. Otherwise, it is an ongoing process, but the early (and good) bird gets the worm!"

i only have the few details i posted here. i guess they want to see jpegs of pattern designs that could possibly all work together in a set of fabrics. you may not need to have them all finished and ready to go - but just give an idea of what your style is, what your themes would be and what could be possible later on if they worked with you on a collection.
oh and they are based in norwalk california : )
