bren talavera worked for many years as an art director for hallmark cards, but has recently struck out on her own as a surface designer/illustrator. she is extremely excited to be debuting her new designs at Surtex 2012 booth 353. bren has a love for mid-century modern art, european and mexican folk art and her native american heritage all of which has greatly inspired her designs. her style is defined by these influences along with use of fresh and exciting color palettes.
