IN MY INBOX - part 3

above and below : damien barlow is a 23 year old designer/illustrator. damien graduated from leeds college of art in 2011 with a degree in print and surface design and has spent the past year teaching and looking for exhibition opportunities, as well as developing his pattern work. his main influences are outer space and time travel and damien describes himself as 'a real kid at heart'. he is currently in search of representation, freelance or full time work.below : charlotte love is a freelance illustrator who create candy coloured cards & posters which are lovingly hand drawn and then digitally enhanced. her cards can be seen in her online shop and charlotte is also a fantastic stylist working for interiors magazines so her blog is a must see.below : textile designer karen harbour and illustrator matt blease have started a new venture creating prints for children under the name dippy daisy.below : british textile design student charlotte works under the name by garlands, and has just completed her second year at leeds university. charlotte's work is mainly inspired by the scandinavian style, very bright and bold colours. she dreams of one day working as a designer for a company such as marimekko or ferm living.below : anna larsson is graphic designer, based in gothenburg, sweden. anna mainly works with book design, posters, corporate identities, etc, and has designed an alphabet poster for ikea. anna has also recently opened a webshop selling her posters, postcards, kitchen towels and more. below : design student amy pass recently completed her foundation year and is now going on to a 3 year course in surface and pattern design.
