ellen lucket baker has created a new fabric collection for japanese company kokka called 'stamped'. the collection is inspired by the handmade look of block-printed fabrics and uses geometric shapes and organic designs all printed on a versatile linen/cotton blend that adds warmth and texture to the designs. ellen lives in atlanta and is the author of "1, 2, 3 Sew" which was published by chronicle books. her 'stamped' collection previewed at the international quilt market in houston last weekend and the six designs, each in three colorways, will be available in early 2013.
