Jessica Hayman established Rose & Clara Designs in 2013. Previously working as a lawyer she decided to return to her first love : design. Jessica creates her cheerful patterns and illustrations, which are based on hand drawn images, from her studio in London. Her prints are showcased on her range of British-made homewares, gifts and stationery, which are available from selected retail stockists and online. Jessica was also selected as one of the designers asked to create a miniature room for the ‘Dream House’ in the V&A Museum of Childhood’s new exhibition, ’Small Stories: At Home in a Dolls’ House’. She designed a bedroom full of print and pattern, with tiny versions of her Flamingo Flourish and PiƱa textiles. There is even a miniature version of the first Print & Pattern book on the bedside table!'. Jessica was showing her wares at the weekend at the Country Living Fair in Islingston but if you missed it you can see more from Rose & Clara online here.
