KIDS DESIGN - mellipou

I really fell for the bright flouro colours and clean geometrics on these cloud cushion designs from French label Mellipou. They fit just the kind of style I am into at the moment mixing simple stylish shapes like stars with neon bright touches. But these are no ordinary cushions - they are in fact music boxes that can send babies to sleep or wake up teenagers with their cool melodies from bands like The Doors and The Velvet Underground. Another version is designed to connect to Spotify or I-tunes so you can make your own playlist. The Mellipou business was born when actress Marie Valton went in search of a music box for her own baby and found them all too old fashioned, something you couldn't say about these fab designs.
