FABRICS - cathy nordstrum for figo

We have some gorgeous new work today from Cathy Nordstrom with her debut fabric collection for FIGO Fabrics. The collection is called Röllakan and is a homage to the Swedish flat weave tradition. These hand woven flat weave rugs, so called Röllakan rugs, often showed intricate geometric patterns, sometimes with floral details, were mostly designed and woven by women and were true pieces of art. Cathy’s interpretation lead her to a mix of bold graphic print and stylized florals.
