These are some of the latest works by Marce López, a freelance illustrator and pattern designer, from Bogotá based in Madrid. Marce studied Visual Arts with graphic and audiovisual emphasis at the Javeriana University in Bogotá, illustration at the Tadeo University in Bogotá and has a masters degree in Textiles and Surfaces Design at IED (European Institute of Design) in Madrid. Marce loves to make pretty, delicate designs with little details such a stripes and dots to make shapes and backgrounds. Her main techniques are watercolors and inks, then she will work the design in Photoshop; although she also works digitally. Marce is inspired by history, art and nature, especially flowers.
