DESIGNER FOR HIRE - maya rönnbäck

Another wonderful designer has joined the P&P Designers for Hire Directory today. Maja Rönnbäck is Swedish surface pattern designer based in Stockholm. She started her freelance design studio in September 2018 but has already managed to land several licensing deals including two major fabric collections that will be released this spring with Paintbrush Studio Fabrics. Maja's style is playful and vibrant with a modern Scandinavian vibe and she loves simplicity and tries to take things down to their simplest form while creating. The inspiration for Maja's artwork often comes from one of her major interests in life - to travel and to experience new things. Whether it’s going on a long distance trip to India or to take a new path while walking in the forest back home, new experiences are truly the base of her inspiration. Maja also teaches pattern design on Skillshare and has a large catalogue with patterns available for licensing. Maja welcomes custom commissions and collaborations and is interested in seeing her patterns on all sorts of products and would at the moment especially love to see her work on kids & baby products, stationery, home decor and bolt fabric.
