JAPAN WEEK : EXTRA - nishi shuku

I wanted to squeeze in my last Japanese designer from last week's overspill. Nishi shuku is an illustrator and painter based in Kyoto. Nishi is hugely inspired by nature and she works using several mediums including block printing and oil paints. She likes her work to be nostalgic and soothing, and you can see this in her beautiful horse drawings. She is available to work on all kinds of surfaces from book covers to advertising.
