Emma Isaacs - host of the successful Creative Ways Podcast, has worked in the industry for 20 years as a designer, manager and teacher: Emma has seen every aspect of a design career. Previously a design manager for Sainsburys and Tigerprint she has vast commercial knowledge and a real passion for design. Emma is a coach and teacher too, she is renowned for her encouraging and positive nature. Mum to two, Emma knows what it means to juggle a lot of things at once!
Anna Woods, Art Director and previous Studio Manager for Tigerprint/Hallmark, Anna has worked in the industry for 20 years, where development and nurturing designers are her greatest skills. An expert in trend forecasting she has curated trends for Hallmark, M&S and UKG and works on strategic projects with clients to find the new and exciting. Anna splits her time between being an Art Director for major gift and greeting brands, creating bespoke trend stories, managing designers and ranges and being a mammy to two girls.
