CARDS - jon higham for moo
ive got a whole lot of paperchase pictures to post next week, many featuring christmas cards, and one illustrator who designs regularly for paperchase is jon higham. jon has just created a whole range of cards for moo and above and below are some of the many styles available. 
TEXTILES - cicada studio
'earthly delights' is the latest fabric collection from cicada studio. handprinted onto a cotton linen mix they're perfect for curtains, cushions, blinds etc. the four patterns are called wild mushrooms, dandelions, pussy willow, and lily of the valley, as seen on etsy.

TOP DRAWER - yuyu
today im posting some more images from exhibitors at the recent 'top drawer' exhibition. starting with yuyu a brand new card company who launched in july this year, and are the talents of a julie hughes, a surface designer, and mark mckeown a graphic designer. i expect to see their products appearing in shops soon, and they also have an online shop here.

another fab set of designs from top drawer by cloud cuckoo designs. claire pugh, the creator of cloud cuckoo, has been producing great cards for a while now but her textile ranges were new to me. they feature bedding, towels, cushions, and laundry bags. click here for the web or here for the cloud cuckoo blog.

ILLUSTRATION - alain gree
the work of influential and collectable illustrator alain gree has recently been licenced in japan, resulting in a whole range of cute products. alain gree was born in 1936 near paris and during the 60's and 70's he published over 300 books. vintage originals can picked up in bookshops or on ebay and many were re-issued thanks to a huge following in japan by ricobel. the licensed goodies shown here are by plazastyle in japan but i have also seen a few products in the UK at lapin & me.

ETSY SHOP - luludee
i enjoyed seeing these cool motifs in laura bachman's etsy shop luludee. laura is a graphic designer turned letterpress printer in portland, oregon. i love the retro modern look of the flower in particular.

MUGS - freckleface
one of my fave card companies 'freckleface' have now launched a range of mugs. i saw their ad in the top drawer exhibition catalogue, and thought they ticked a lot of boxes for me : polka dots, deco fonts, little birds, and collages of pattern. now i cant wait to get one when they hit the shops this autumn.
